Shadow Catcher wrote:Simple to put up easy to drop an end in bad weather and since the Kedar rail is continuous on three sides, it is a rain gutter, all the rain goes off the front. The two side tarps are Kelty Car tarps which are 11'6" wide at the widest and 11'6" long and as i said 6' wide at the tear.

Will be working on an awning soon where do I get the Kedar Rail from Please :worship:

Standard RV awning track. Any RV joint has lots of it laying around.

Electrical conduit....A 10X6 bunged to the roof rack....I had to shorten up an 8X10 tarp, the extra material on the end I intend to connect to the ezup like a rain gutter...Easier said than done...

I use the coleman event shelter. I have the clip in walls with one panel that includes a zippered door. The panels are good to move around with the wind direction to give you a wind free place to sit. I roll my trailer in after setting it up and it is big. It is sturdy in higher winds as well when it is staked correctly. These were discontinued here in the US for a few years but are renamed and available again. I got this one in the UK which has always had them. I believe there was a legal problem with them here. I don't see any of these with the walls and the door panel but it is really a very good shade and wind break. I don't have any pictures with the panels installed. I will have to get some at the next camp. I know some of you built or bought a teardrop to avoid having to set up tents or related structures but not sleeping in them gives you a new perspective for their uses. I have a side tent from PaHaQue and an SUV tent for the hatch from Sportz Napier and I find it much fun to use them for increased comfort. I love the queen bed in the teardrop and the security and quiet of it's hard walls.
