I feel for you my brother. I just had to spray some undercoating in/on my fender wells and it was a first class mess. But it did cut down on the sound. Towing it sounded like there was a thunder storm following me.

I also did some inside corners with "Great Stuff" spray insulation. That wasn't to bad once I guessed the expansion factor.
