Frame Done With Pocket Screws

I did my frame today. I put it together with pocket screws.
I laid all the pieces out over the trailer frame.

Here is the pocket hole jig, I love this new tool. :thumbsup:

I added gussets where the two trailer halves joined, for peace of mind :)

I like your jig better than mine. But you have to love pocket screws. Are you using the screws made for pocket holes or sheetrock style? I like the screws made for the jig since they are flat heads that don't split the wood. Frame looks good in the pics. Good Job.

Yes, I'm useing the 1.25 fine thread ones with the flat head. I makes a very good bond! :awesome: These screws will do wonders on the cabnets when that time comes.

I painted the black jack stuff :R now waiting for it to dry. I also added some more frame around the edges. I felt like it should have more substance there at the edges where the walls will be attached.

I wonder if that stuff ever dries. Mine is still a bit tacky and I did it during the hot weather in the summer. Your floor sure looks like it turned out nice. I would like to see how it all goes together. Keep up the good work.
