Great drawing/plans Mary! :applause: :applause: The tounge box I'm working one is very similar to yours, sized to house my AC. I think I'll take a closer look at these plans of yours.

Thanks

Thanks Mary. I have printed your tongue box and put it in a place of honor in my notebook. Don't know if I can even have one on this ttt. The next I will plan better and make room for one. 8) ;)

Im just gonna use this thread for updates on my build.

Tongue Box and Trailer so far. Next Weekend I will be starting on the Sides!!! WOoohoooooooo!!!!

Got the Vinyl floor on. I used the 12"x12" squares. IT was VERY Easy!!

I have put terminal blocks in the Box and All the trailer light wiring (just the chassis lights, not the cabin galley lights) will be wired from there. That way if I have problems with my lights it will be easier to find the problem. Also putting in a 120VAC receptacle.

I will be running a single twisted pair to each running light back to the TB and and 2 twisted pair w/shield (shield will be the ground wire) running to the hatch for the break/tail lights.

I'm curious. What gauge wire are those twisted pairs, doesn't look very heavy in the pics. You really should be running 14ga. or at least 16 min for the tail lights. You need to keep in mind that if you are traveling at night there is a constant draw from the lights which translates to heat. Too small of a wire and you'll be inviting problems.
