A stroke of luck regarding sandwich construction...

Postby Marck » Sun Oct 17, 2004 7:04 pm

Ok after following the sandwich construction thread for a few days, I got a small stroke of luck.

I had decided to pick up a few bags of play sand from the Wal-Mart I work at, to use as even weight on the walls etc as I build em, since I still have NO clue about vacuum bagging, I figured I would stick with things I know or can figure out easily.... anyway, my neighbor has decided to move away since he lost alot when the flood hit... he doesn't want to be bothered again... he had six 80lb bags of playsand in his shed for under his pool next year... he decided to leave em, so i grabbed em.... something funny going on, I get lucky and get 2 frames for a total of $45, now the free playsand for wieght, I came across a large pile of good 2x2 free, to use in building.... whats next??? Gods I hope it's free plywood from somewhere!!!!
You want to build WHAT?????
