I weighed it. The box says 283 lbs shipping weight and then another piece of documentation that came with it says it weighs 266 lbs. Argghhh! So I weighed and double weighed each piece using two different digital scales. I am not using the fenders or fender brackets as I am extending the box out to 5 foot wide and will utilize fender wells instead. Also I did not include the weight of the folding mechanism nor the casters as these will be discarded. Didn't include the side stake brackets. Total was 215.54 lbs. The fenders and brackets weighed 15.2 lbs so if you're gonna use them you got a total of 230.74 lbs.

Broke it down like this:

Tires, wheels, hubs, bearings and lug nuts 46 lbs
Axle with axle nuts 15.6 lbs
Leaf springs 13.2 lbs
Tail light kit and side markers and wires 3.06 lbs
Axle U bolts, spring plates and nuts 2.37 lbs
Coupler, coupler brackets, safety chains 6.17 lbs
Tongue crossmember 2.14 lbs
Crossmembers including rear 6.6 lbs
Front crossmember 7.2 lbs
Rear side rails (2) four feet long 21.6 lbs
Front side rails (2) four feet long 22.8 lbs
Tongue rails (2) 8.5 lbs
Connecting rail/spring channels (2) 16.8 lbs
3 Bags, bolts, nuts, lock nuts, cotter pins 8.6 lbs
Fenders and brackets 15.2

TOTAL without fenders 215.54 lbs
TOTAL with fenders 230.74 lbs
