Hey all, I know there's probly a post out there, but finding it is another post for another day...

the problem: My width will be 61.5". Yup, a 60" floor+ two 3/4 solid walls.
So my question is .... after i've sparred and luanned over the spars and extending over the walls, my 60" aluminum will be short 3/4" on each side.
My instinct is to use 1" AL trim with some kind of seal tape or something.

Pics work best with me so if its not too much trouble.... Thanks.

Kw, I believe that "sonnetpro" did exactly that on his "FishInn"...and for the same reasons...I would recommend that you cut down the side leg to around 1/4" orso and seal well(including screw holes) with a urethane based sealer such as that used for auto windshield or SikaFlex221 or 3M's 5200.....

Yep, KW... There are lots of profiles of aluminum insert molding that would work well for you. Take a peek here for some ideas:

The downside is shipping anything over 100 inches gets dang spendy; so you are better off getting it from a local RV supplier? Stuff costs about $2.50 a foot and up. Bed it with Sikaflex or PL urethane and you are good to go.

EDIT: Madjack had a good link for the stuff too... I just can't find it now?

http://www.austinhardware.com/dept.asp?dept%5Fid=452 ...I would recommend the 221, for anything you might want to remove in the future and the 252 for anything permanent...the 221 comes in black, grey, white and the 252 in black and white....
