Has anyone used a Dead Blow Hammer to work the aluminum angle pieces when shaping them?
Do you cut a piece of wood scrap to shape of the door or what ever area you are putting the angle on. Do you then form the angle on the scrape and install the finished angle piece onto the final installation area? Badly formed sentence but what the heck. :fb
I bought a 2.5 lb Dead Blow Hammer at Harbor Freight On sale $4.99 this evening along with the $29.95 air stapler/18 g nail combo unit, plus $39.99 for the bench drill press. Oh well if I been on a date it would have cost me that much and nothing to take home accept a good night kiss and the bill for supper. :D At least this will be in the garage next month.

Yes it will and it will be willing to work for you in the future. I'm not anticipating a lot of the aluminum working problems as i'm doing a woody. I've got my own approach to the edging. Doug Hodder :)
