Greg

I'd forget about the 12 volt refrigerator, and go with a conventional dorm sized unit. The cost is about a tenth of DC, and the performance much better. We tried to package one in our galley, but there just wasn't room. Doesn't look like you'll have that problem. We used ours last season during a two week tent camping trip, (long story) and were amazed how cold things stayed between plug-ins.

Hi Lenny!

I was thinking about that but how much amperage would one of those pull using an inverter? Most of the places we camp don't have power. I am planning to use two batteries in order to extend time between charges.... What do you think?
