I bought exactly what you are describing - big for the side, small for the door - from JC Whitney. They're sitting in my guest bedroom because I'm not that far along yet on my construction. I am very impressed with them so far though.

I was also excited to find out that they are hehr brand because I saw those on several other sites for WAAAAYYYYY higher prices. You can check out more detailed info at www.hehr-international.com

I'm planning to mount them with auto windshield adhesive because I don't like the mounting brackets that came with them.

The JCWhitney ad states it's a Horizontal Slider and yet the picture is shown in a vertical format??? My guess is they can only be installed one way because of weep holes and drainage channels, right? Up/down or left/right?
Reality? What a concept!

Yup - the picture was obviously taken by someone who did not read the directions for installing the window!

I am considdering mounting the small one vertically though. I would just drill two small weep holes on that side and caulk the ones that come on the horizontal side. It seems like it would work fine.

Who knows - my plans seem to change daily anyway.

Bought these windows many years ago from Hehr International for my van. They are great. I highly recommend them. They are really cool. 8) I give them a big
