Replacing torsion axles....

Postby Seattle G60 » Fri Jul 15, 2005 7:43 pm

Hey all,
Has anyone sourced replacement axles for KIT trailers?

What I am after is a brand and the specs so I can call around to the trailer shops here in Seattle to find some.

BTW: I am looking for a alternative to the Teardrop Fixit shops.

Thanks

You might want to drop Grant a note: He sells parts, but no axles listed. But as most on here know, he has been building Tears for years, so he might be able to point you in the right direction.

And since it's the weekend, most(with Tears) are probably out enjoying them: the board slows down on the weekends

You should start with Six Roblees there in Seattle. We use them all the time for trailer parts and they have a wide selection of axle supplies. They can do spring loaded axles or torsion type.

If you can't find them you can e-mail directly and I will get there number for you.
