A Removable Galley?

Thanks Gage, that sounds like and idea. I happen to have some polished hood latches that might just do the trick with a hatch similar to what Steve did on the lil diner.

You might consider a welded square frame to give the openness you want and maintain strength.

Zephyr has a removable galley unit

I finished my TD in July. Here is the info on how I built my Galley. It is very simple. But I like the way the Galley and all stores can be removed
