Anybody can fly a plane, landing is the hard part. You will land eventually, doing it without bending or breaking something is a different story.

I can remember the best advice i ever got when i was beginning to fly.

"Take-offs are an option. Landing is not"

That still goes through my mind when i signal the towplane to go

landing is nothing more than a controlled crash,, uncontrolled and ya get hurt,,, an old friend was trying to decide on the navy or the air corps,, he looked at the logic in the equipment,, navy?? what goes down does not necessarly come up,, air force,,?? what goes up comes down,,, he put in 25 years,,, ,,
