Just to update, i ended up going with the aluminum to mount the walls. Right now they are just installed w PL along the bottom and the 1 1/2 x1/8" aluminum angle on the inside corner. I cant put the 3x1/8" piece on until its skinned. Right now w just the PL, angle aluminum and rabbited bulkheads installed w just PL, it feels like i could roll the thing at 70mph and it would be fine. It is ROCK solid. I installed the aluminum with #12 coarse SS screws from the boat store. I was going to screw to the floor and through bolt the wall itself between the 2 aluminum pieces but decided id get a better fasten by usung screws and staggering the interior and exterior holes, thus using twice as many screws as i would have bolts with the same spacing between each one. I went with 8" spacing.
