Building a Aluminium door frame and door for £20

Just finished building my Teardrop.




I dreaded building the door and hatch. In the end the main door was a doddle and cheap. I basically bought a old caravan door and cut it down, very easy and a couple of hours work.
I photographed building the Teardrop from start to finish, over 1200 photos in the end.
