joining four walls

Hello TNTTers,

I have a build started, it is a 5x10x5 Rimple, no galley: http://tnttt.com/viewtopic.php?f=50&t=64888

Question for anyone with experience: I am planning on having rear and front ply walls. If you go to the link to my build you will see the top curves of the side walls have a 19" radius. So I want to have a front and rear walls of 3/4 inch ply (same as sidewalls) that goes up 41 inches. I have been searching the site, but can't find advice/examples on how best to join the sidewalls to the rear and front walls.
Any help appreciated!

Probably the best way is to rout a channel,but not the easiest.I used 3/4 inch C channel aluminum attached to the outside wall with small screws and adhesive.
Then i slid the "bulkhead " in place and used small screws to secure to the C channel.






In the pic you can see the C channel [painted brown].

This sounds like a great idea, but you said it wasn't the easiest method. my woodworking skills aren't great so this method is appealing why do you say it wasn't easy?

Sorry I wasn't clear in the post.What I meant is a rabbet joint would be best but not easiest.Since I wasn't sure where the bulkhead was going until the outside walls were in place I used the C channel .Good luck!

Thanks Steve! I have gotten some advice on my build thread and will go with a wood cleat at the joint and appreciate your thoughts on this.
