The so has decided, that if I put in an inside toilet and make it large enough for me to stand in. She will be more than happy to go with me. So the design has changed.

Shore power and water connection
Solar power to go off grid
Water storage
Battery power system
Propane stove top
Composting toilet may be home brew
Foam construction
Canned Ham design
7 ft interior height
Bed California king after putting all the pads in place.

Any ideas concerning how to construct a roof for solar panels? I think the foam will hold them but will I need arches?

Something to think about. If you mount the solar panels to the camper roof, you always have to park in the sun for them to be effective. Keep the panels free standing, you can park the camper in the shade and set the panels out in the sun.....
Why do we drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?
