So I need a little advice on attaching my walls to frame. First of all my frame is made from angle iron 3"x4" and I really didn't see any info on the forum for attaching walls to this kind of frame. After thinking about it for a while I came up with this...

Hopefully you can get the idea from this simple diagram...
Just wanted to get a second opinion or see if there was any concerns I was overlooking...

What you are planning will work, but it will be heavy. You don't say what your sides will be, just wood or skinned with aluminum, or something else. I built my first TD like you. It was heavy. My second TD has only a 1/2" floor and no insulation in the floor or walls. I do have several metal cross supports in the frame to support the wood floor. This cut the weight way down. If you don't camp in real cold weather I don't think insulation, especially in the floor is needed. Others will differ.

On the outside of your carriage bolts use nice wide washers and put some sealant all around the side of the washer that contacts the wood.
