Inside Out vs Outside In

I am finally "planning" on staring the BUILD phase of my trailer build.
Plans have been evolving to the point where I am trying to determine the best way to actually build the build.
Right now, I am stuck on the walls...

I understand traditional stick built campers (especially 50's-70's models, which i am trying to replicate in my "standie" build) are built from the INSIDE OUT.
Cabinets and furniture are first mounted to the floor, then walls are mounted to this structure. Walls are wrapped in tin or aluminum siding, roof is added, and viola, you have a camper!

For MY build, I am looking to use filon for the walls and roof, and everything i have read on filon suggests it is easiest to glue/install on to the frame horizontally before you set the wall vertical.
(Especially if you are a one man crew working in a garage with 7' ceiling for an 8' tall camper!)

So... all that to say... looking to discuss merits of INSIDE-OUT construction technique vs OUTSIDE-IN as my current build plans call for...

INSIDE-OUT PROs
-Tried and true method
-Hides fasteners
-Lots of examples online
-Easier to tackle as a one man band
-Lighter components per-mounting
-cleaner interior walls/trim

INSIDE-OUT CONs
-Requires space to build in stages
-takes more time to get to weather tight stage (longer build process)
-Requires skinning while walls are vertical'

OUTSIDE-IN PROs
-Easier to manage FILON mounting
-Semi-weather tight as soon as things are mounted

OUTSIDE-IN CONs
-Unsure of wall-to-frame connection method
-Heaver wall during vertical installation
-More effort to hide seams on internal trim?

Thoughts? Any insight one way or another?
