trailer plans

TJ Trailers has a set of plans to a bolt together 5x10 trailer made out of aluminum or steel for $35.00 has anybody used these plans ?Would it be a good idea? It said the weight would be 508lb. out of aluminum but thats with aluminum plate deck and side rails so you could get the weight down.
An a big plus is No-Welding-Required trailer.
