That site lists 3M 80 for rubber. I think I've used regular spray adnesive for gluing foam rubber together before. I'm using my seat cushions for a couch, and not gluing the mem foam to them. I'l leaving the topper in one piece to help eliminate the feel of the cushion "joints".

I have 6" knox with 2" memory foam... the foam tends not to slide on each other, so did not glue them. They are inside a cover which came with the knox foam. It was oversize and both easily fit inside.....

We ended up buying a 8" Queen sized mattress from W-Mart. 5" foam & 3" memory foam. It feels better on the basement floor than the $1500 bedroom mattress I bought a few years ago. We are going to cut it to size tonight. It was still less expensive than other places we looked at. We got it for $225.

Update.
We Cut the mattress to size 47" X 74". Man, 8" is pretty thick inside the TD. More than what we need. I bet 5" or 6" would have been enough. We took the extra memory foam and made a large pillow out of it. We'll try it out this weekend at Fish Creek.
