Wall to Floor Seal?

I have just completed my walls and am in the process to mount them to the floor. I am using pocket screws (21 per side) to secure the wall to the top of the floor surface. What have you guys used to seal the wall to the floor? (Glue, tub & tile seal, epoxy, silicon?)
Thanks!

I used Gorilla glue. When it foamed it made a good seal. Just had to go around the edges with a sharp wood chisel after. to clean up the foam that sqeezed out.

Same here. Cured Gorilla Glue scrapes off very well with a sharp chisel.

Will the Gorilla Glue seal the edge between the wall and the floor or did you also use a silicon to seal the edges?

I don't think it will because Gorilla Glue is porous, I could be wrong though.

I didn't seal my floor to the sidewall. I just used polyurethane caulk to glue them together and screwed them. I then made shure the asphalt covered the joints when I applied it to the bottom.

Rocky, actually only the foam out is pourus. When you glue wood with it the wood will break before it let's go. and it is waterproof.

I used liquid nails. Between my walls and floor edges.

TOO LATE, I OVER BUILT IT.....

Used thickened epoxy in the joint and coated the outside with it too. I forgot it wasn't a boat.

Here is how I did mine. I used titebond 3 glued clamped and put screws through the 1/2" plywood floor and to the frame. I tightend it untill I could see no light between the wall and floor. Also notice that the glue squeezed out. I just did this just this evening. Also I coated both surfaces of the joint with a smooth coat of glue and spread it evenly with my finger.
