Can anyone tell me where I can purchase 5' x 5' Plywood nationwide or would ship for a reasonable price?

Well if you leave off the nationwide, you might call your lumber yards (not box stores.) If that doesn't work a call to a local cabinet shop should get you a good place.

Don't know about shipping-seemed unreasonable last time I looked (few years)
Hope it helps.

Check www.boulterplywood.com

They're up in Massachusetts, and they shipped to me in Florida.

Can't remember the name but there's a lumber supplier in St. Louis that caters to cabinet shops that would surely have it. I think they also have an outlet in Rolla--would that be closer to you? I think I can find the name at work tomorrow--I'll try to remember.

Blue,

I finally remembered to get that number:

Schaller Hardwood Lumber Co.--314/894-1499.

I've never dealt with them, but I think they'd be worth a call.

TK

PS. I'm in the little town of Alma--about 60 miles east of KC.

TK & Miriam,

If you ever make it to ST. Louis, the cabinet shop there is selling 5'X5" Balitc Birch for $14 a sheet for 1/4" From what I've seen on here, that's not a bad price!!

Wow SS
finding 1/4 5x5 seems to be a feat in and of itself. Do we need a meeting near there? Everyone could take thier unfinished trailers and tents.

I am no longer doing 5' wide so not a help. Still trying to find thin, good, 5'x10'. Got a source for 1/2 in Riverton KS. Imagine little bitty Riverton gets what Joplin can't.
