I plan on building a frame on the inside of the body for the door to close against. This leave a gap of about 1/4 inch. On the frame, facing the closing door, will be some self-adhesive foam. So, when the door closes, it closes against the foam.
In addition, my first line of defense is going to be a plastic V shaped seal in the space between the door and the door frame. It comes flat, half has adhesive on it. Once installed, you bend the unglued portion back over the over half. This is kind of springy and will form a seal between the door and frame when you close the door. It is sold in home depot and used in house doors to stop drafts.... one caveat. The door edge must be smooth, or the plastic will catch on it as you open the door.
