If you're talking about Keith, I just got back after picking up a new Yoder Toter from him - bought it on Ebay. He treated my wife and me very courteously, particularly considering that he had two other people picking up TD's at the same time as us.

After I won the TD on Ebay, it took me the best part of three weeks to get up there from North Carolina (car problems). During that time, Keith and I kept up a steady stream of emails and phone calls, all constructive and friendly.

He must have been having a bad hair day when you called.

Keith was nice as pie to Jennifer and me in June when we picked up our Silver Shadow. You must have talked to someone else!

Hey, Keith was very helpful at getting us back on the road. We drove from Florida, and our silver shadow was ready when we got there. Ron

I didn't buy one, but had called and talked to Keith Horton on the phone back in March this year. He was very helpful with all my questions , even at 7 pm on a weekday .

Hopefully you were talking to someone else.

hi!
we finally bought our teardrop last sunday (july 29,2007) it is the silver shadow yoder toter. got it from missouri teardrops. dana is terrific. when there is a dealership nearby it is right to buy from the dealership and we did so.

very glad because we saw other models than we had planned on buying.

we are waiting for our trailer hitch to arrive tomorrow (wed., we bought last sunday!) hopefully can pick it up on saturday. we have a 31' vintage airstream we are parking at our camping resort in storage and they will spot for us when we want to camp. the teardrop is the one we can afford to tow - both monetarily and practically - we sold our 4x4 crew cab (GUZZLER) and got an HHR with a 1000lb tow limit.

anyway the airstream looks like a whale, so we thought the tear looked like a guppy. never named anything other than a dog and a son in my whole life, but "guppy" was it's name before we ever chose. :) just came to me.

we still have the 3 sheets of very expensive 5x8 baltic birch (i think?) we got about 6 years ago to build our own. then "life" happened. *sigh*. but in the end we are finally bringing one home. so glad it is this beautiful WELL MADE by the amish "yoder toter"

Being from across the pond.. Ive spoken to both the owner of Yoder Toder
Mr. Mullet and Mr. Keith Horton... It was a real pleasure to speak with both of them and on different occasions..

Both as Courteous and Friendly as can be. No problem here.

Best regards

Just picked up ours.
He said go outside and choose which one you want.
They offered their cabin to us .So we wouldn't have to stay
in the campground in sugarcreek. We said thanks but we wanted to
stay in the teardrop that night. We ended up driving another hour or so to
tappan lake(between sugarcreek oh and wheeling WV).
Joe said they are looking to have a reunion once a year at sugarcreek
for all of their customers. ( a teardrop gathering..woot!!! )These are great folks here.

He was really nice to deal with when I had all the mold inside my YT because of leaks. It took a couple of trips to get it all out, but at no time was he never was an @!# to me.
