Seems to be a lot of activity in the teardrop world. Someone posted recently about an off-road teardrop prototype from So-Cal.

Yes, Adventure Trailers has been around for a while, I consider them the premier builder of Off-Road trailers. They are known for their air bag independent suspensions. Their Teardrop is a partnership with So-Cal Teardrops.
