Manufacturer Details for these trailers

Postby hazzah » Wed Sep 02, 2009 12:52 pm

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knows the manufacturer details for the following trailer:

http://www.gobanna.com/ the gobanna1200
or
http://www.littleguy.co.uk/Model_turtle.htm the turtle 1200

It is obvious that these sites are just selling the same trailer manufactured somewhere but under their own marketing name. Someone mentioned Eastern Europe.

Does anyone have the details?

Thanks, Pieter

Hey Peter,

Welcome to the forum. Are you in the US? Are you going to import a Lil Guy?

Just kidding... Lil Guy's are built in Ohio!

Mike...

There are a bunch of LittleGuy owners on this forum. The Euro versions are probably built under license from LittleGuy in the USA.

I used to own one, too.

The pictures of the European LittleGuy trailer show that the interiors are different than what LittleGuy sells here.

Thanks for the replies.

The actual trailer I highlighted is not a Little Guy (though the company in the UK calls itself that and also sells little guys)

It is made in Turkey and seems to retail for around USD 9000 (inc VAT/sales tax of around 17%)

As to Little Guys, I am also finding out about their European connections.

Thanks, Pieter

I believe Little Guy ships their trailers to the U.K. I remember they had some extras that were sold in the US last year because of shipping problems.

I really like the Turtle 1200. Wish something like that was sold in the U.S. Hopefully for a little less than $9000 though.
