Does anybody make a round porthole window?

Here's where you can talk to the manufacturers about custom built trailers, etc...

Does anybody make a round porthole window?

Postby Forrest Ebbs » Mon Jun 28, 2004 5:41 pm

I am looking for round windows with stainless trim. I will be building a very vintage matte black, greaser-style teardrop and would like to avoid the modern-looking rectangle and round corner windows with the heavy rubber edges. The real boat portholes are neat, but are just too massive.

Any suggestions would be great. 8)

They make windows like that for vans (a buddy had one in high school)
Check out this link:

You could probably find them in junkyards dirt cheap!

If you want an actual porthole window that you can open, go to this site that sells windows for boats:

It also would not be too hard or expensive to just go to an auto glass shop and have a round piece cut, then mount it with some simple flexible trim from the auto parts store.
