Now building 4x8s in Southern California

So, after the many camping trips I’ve taken since completing my 4x8 leading to multiple inquiries from fellow campground patrons, I have agreed to build one similar to mine for a young electrician and his wife-to-be. I will start construction at the end of July after I get moved into my new place, so a more detailed build journal will be forthcoming.

My ‘customer’ will be purchasing a HF 4x8 trailer kit with 5 lug 12” wheels and assembling it himself. He will get plates and registration from the DMV and deliver the trailer to me.

Check out the link below to see my build. Its certainly not as classy as a So Cal Teardrop or Camp Inn, but its extremely functional with versatile storage space, a cozy cabin and lots of working space in the Galley.
