Update of PVC TD

I hope you guys can help. I got the design pretty much down but I won't to try to stay with PVC for the trunk & door. I have thought of rolling a hing out of PVC but that dose not work for me I wont it to be as water tight as possible so any Idea's Please let me no. Hear is some Photos of the start of the trailer.

.... howsit comming along?! I'm rooting for ya .... I rushed through the dialog to see a completed pvc bike tear .... me thinks its still in process; .... under construction ...? Intrested in updates and a report on progress and setbacks. Cheers BC Dave

I'm doing something like that for my 12". A little off subject but I built a portable observatory out of PVC Pipe and Tarps. It breaks down to fit in a box 4'X 2' X 2' and when set up it is 10 feet in diameter and 7 feet tall. Had it in 40 mph winds that had no effect on it. Got to get some pics of it.

Cool idea , I hope life isn't messing over PVC Guy . I'd really like to see what he came up with as I'm getting ready to build another bicycle teardrop .
