deleted all attachments by mistake

Is there any way to restore 2 years of attachments ? I accidently deleted them thinking they were just saved copies, not the photos attached in threads. Can an administrator fix that?

Never mind the restoration request. I just spent hours tracking down substitutes and/or originals to the erased attachments. I think I got them all ?!? Now I know not to delete those again.
