A note about '06 IRG Registration

Postby Guest » Wed Jan 04, 2006 4:06 am

Just wanted to point out a few things...
1. T-Shirts need to be ordered during the registration period... I'm not planning on shipping them. They will be handed out with your registration packet when you arrive at Pamplin.
2. Registration (Online and snail mail) closes one month before the gathering. (June 26th)
3. You will still be able to register after the deadline, but I can't promise you a T-Shirt.
4. You can also fax me the registration form, but you will have to PM me for my fax number... I already get too damned much junk faxes to be posting my fax number.
5. Paypal registrants will need to mail or bring the original signed form to the gathering.

I had to rework the form... The Activities Director informed me that I needed additional information to aid with planning activities, especially for the kids.
You can check the status of your registration by going to the Roster Page on the website.

Dean, I've already mailed mine in. Using the old form. There will be two of use and no kids. Even the dogs are going to stay home.

Have a good day.

About the $30.00 registration fee...
I've been getting quite a few questions about that.
The cost to come to the gathering is $30.00.... You can stay for one night, a couple of nights or the whole entire event for $30.00.
The registration fee covers one person, a couple or a family with children.
Souvenirs are separate.

Scott,
Thanks.
I've had to start writing things down on paper, because I've been forgeting little things here and there... My brain has been on "Info Overload" or something... Glass orders, gathering stuff, kids appointments, bills, invoices... etc.
Joanie has been encouraging me to start writing notes to myself for some time now.
I've always just kept everything in my head, but this gathering has pushed me over the limit.

Grant,
Spank me... I forgot that package. :?
You are on the list now.

A note about IRG......

Postby rooster » Thu Jan 12, 2006 2:36 am

Dean, Forgetting, has something to due with age I've been told. At my advanced years I go into the kitchen to get something and turn around go back into the bed room to think what I wanted in the kitchen.
Don't worry, you'll get use to it. :?

Jim,

Jim,
Did that just recently start happening, or has that been going on since your forty's?
Hell... Come to think about it, I think it even started earlier than that for me... Maybe I've always been like that???
It's kinda like this for me... If your brain was a television and the channels were your thoughts...
I'd get confused pretty easy surfing with a clicker, but I could watch one show REAL good...
