Works fine Mike now all we need is a slide show button.

I had slide show turned on once for a little while... The problem we had was we were no longer able to post pictures in our messages directly from the URL... so I turned slide show back off.

Mike...

P.S. I just turned it on again, for a little while. By lunchtime I'll turn it back off. That'll give you a chance to look at it...

    Cool Mike 8)
Just tried refreshing the browser and it works as a way for creating a random slide show.

BTW, I've changed a few settings, including the addition of the random photos... If there's something you guys don't like, or gets in the way... let me know...

Getting urls to paste your images is a new procedure. You have to open the picture in a new window, and use that url...

I'll update the help with photos this weekend if you decide you like the current arrangement.

Mike,

Can the albums go back to showing the last page first?? They were that way for a while and I liked it a lot better than having to go to the last page to find the lastest post.

Sure, but then when you do the pseudo slide show, you need to click the previous button instead of the next button...

Yea, see, that's where it gets messy...

In Firefox, I have to right click on the picture and select "view image".

Then I paste that url

http://tnttt.com/album_ ... ic_id=6901

and put img tags around it...

Image

You know you've got the right URL when you see "album_pic"

Mike...

P.S. Should we go back to the old way?

Too much real estate

Postby Guy » Sat Mar 25, 2006 4:07 pm

Dear Mike,

Just my opinion, but the random pic feature takes up way too much real estate on laptop screens. Please consider it a nice try but no dice.

Please remember that many of us use small laptopscreens and a large number are still on dialup since broadband is not available to them or they cannot afford the extra money.
Regards,

Guy

Mike after playing around with it awhile I think the old way is better, I like the slide show feature but it causes more problems than it solves...
