I haven't seen Ken post for a month or so, so I'll jump in - he's using the side profile from my 2+2 but everything else is his own design. Whether his plans are fancy, or on the back of an envelope, I don't know.

I've been thinking along the lines of the 2+2 myself.

Thing is I want a full queen size bed between the wheels, and well my kids seem to be very tall (the oldest if now 4ft at 5 and a half). So I am going to go wider and I am also considering tandom axles with smaller skinner tires to improve the ride and maximize the interior width relative to the exterior.

Another thing I am thinking about is an attached tent and awning for the kids to use. This goes against the instant bed concept that I like so much about TD. Of course I would still have a comfy bed. :)
