Everything will be built on a 2100lbs capacity trailer.
The vent over the wheel well is for the air cooler and fridge. I didnt add windows to this drawing. The little door behind the wheel in the back will hold a 20lbs propane tank. Inside there will be a bed and a fold down table with fold down bench seat. The tongue is a single bar not A frame. So I can go around tight turns. As you can see the trailer is 1 and a half feet longer than the regular 10' tears, thats to provide more feet room. The tear is 5 and a half feet tall for head room while sitting.
