Desert Dawg profile drawing

Hi all,

I've had a number of requests asking for the dimensions of the Desert Dawg. I finally took a few minutes and made up a dimensioned drawing. Feel free to use it (so long as you send a small cash donation to the Save the Desert Dawg Foundation  )

Does this mean there are going to be little Desert Puppies running around?

Desert Dawg puppies

Postby daveleb55 » Fri Aug 03, 2007 3:52 pm

Hi,

It looks bigger in person. How wide is it? Can you sit up without bumping your head? Does it fit in your garage?

Do you know how much it weighs? Sorry to ask so many prying questions, but I'm curious.

Thanx Joanne, I will be attempting to build a lil dawg like yours. Hopefully it will be as nice as yours.

Hey Dave!

It IS bigger in person....

The trailer cabin is 68" wide (outside measurement). It does fit in the garage if I remove the hitch. And yes, you can set up without hitting your head. I'm tall from the waist up and I still have about 6" of headroom. You can't get carried away with an 18" thick mattress but there is plenty of headroom.
