You could do a variation on this.

sliding galley

Have you thought about having the cabinets slide in? We thought about having the galley cabinets slide into the sleeping section and lock in place for hauling a motorcycle or 4 wheeler. You then have to figure out the mattress problem. We have folding foam chairs to allow us to sit and watch tv or eat, then we fold them out into our bed. Good luck on the sliding galley.

i found some plans for one called a sportsman with the galley/kitchen in the front instead. i'm thinking i can make the rear open for loading/unloading of the bike. i can stand the mattress up on it's side for travel.

Here's one made to haul motorcyles. http://www.eastcoast-teardrop.com/449281.html

There was another company making one to haul motorcylces but I can't find it at the moment.

Have a look here:

I designed this to accept a wheelchair but there is no reason the same concept would not work for a bike.

Hey Big Ron,

If you do the Sportsman, you might want to incorporate a removable tounge like George T. did on his trailer. That would eliminate a for sure "Shin Buster" when using the galley.
See his tounge here.

We Ron's think alike here.

I have been going in the same direction too.
They are really going to get us crossed at this rate. :?

I have not started But This past Jan. was my start date.

I have made this drawing and found many trailers like what I want to do.
But I have not seen any with swing out galleys like my "Box Kite".

Here's a link to a "portable" kitchen with some interesting design concepts.
Anyone with this kitchen could probably feed everyone at Minden... no problem.
