you could make it sorter by making 1/2 the bed fold up in to a couch this would open up the drop floor and give you siting area during the day. this is what i did in my tt and it worked so well i plan on doing in my next.

im also working with the idea of a canvas drop floor with a hard bottom that gos all the way to the ground but can be lifted all the way up when diving. this could cut down the hight of a standy by bit!

haha yeah I didnt want to put this up here i must have clicked new instead of reply!

but sins its up what do people think of a canvas drop floor that would go all the way to the ground but could be lifted when driving

Never did actually do it Mike, but drew it up. Actually pretty easy. When we get together sometime BaerClaw I can run by our idea with you on a big dry erase board or something. We never did it because it just wouldn't work good with our design with the in floor storage system and such. But for a start from scratch design one off it should be no problem.
