OK, here's the 5 O'clock, 7 May revision. The grille next to the taillights is for the PetCool, which is under one end of one of the kitchen counters.

There was a space between the img and the http. 8) No spaces allowed. Great plan! When will you start. 8)

Miriam, like I told Mike, just as soon as I can get this other utility trailer repaired and out of the garage, I will start on frame assembly and the little bit of welding. After that it's sawdust time, but I'll have pics before that, hopefully.

BTW, awhile back, when you first saw this design, you suggested turning the bed 90 degrees. Well, it is. That's why it's wider. Both of us are altitude impaired, like Mike, so the width stayed within reason.

Shut my mouth, Miriam. You said "reverse" not 90 degrees. Now one person has to climb over the other to get to the loo, but I can still use the bed the other way, with just a simple revision of overhead cabs. Last minute thing.

8) Is there enough room for your heads and put the cabinets to the potty wall? MHO if you gain room then climbing over won't be so bad. If the inside person has extra foot room then all the better. Put the bed forward and gain lots of space. Cabinets can be night stands on either side. I am seriously thinking of putting a dresser in mine.

Something like this:

Miriam

There is a revised floor plan that goes with the revised "trolley" outline I posted. It may answer some of your questions, but maybe it'll just create more! I'll see if I can get it posted tonight, otherwise tomorrow. Then you can have at it again!

I really appreciate your comments, as I know they come from experience, and mine just come come off the screen.

  I really like that. While my preference would be to have cabinets on the wall between the water closet and the bed you would loose a whole section. There is never enough.

Actually, there are some in that position, sort of, except they're the kitchen cabinets above the counter.

I had thought of making a small storage nook (maybe with a door) into the end of the counter right by the left persons pillow, maybe borrow 8" or so from the undercounter kitchen storage. the person on the other side of the bed doesn't have a problem.

That's a nice change of direction. But I need to think about it some more...

One last change of direction, I hope. I'm about ready to build the garage that's going to contain Skeetr, so I've reverted back a little, and changed a few things, and made it look a little nicer. Put the door in the rear, again. The garage will be done before the summer is over.

You sleep with your head to the kitchen, in this version.

If you see anything that you don't understand, now's the time to tell me.
