Great looking job for sure. :applause: :thumbsup: Looks like you have done your homework on the design. Again great looking job. Looks a lot like the one I have been designing in the back of my head. What are some of the sizes? Also why the metal frame?

the size is 4' X 8' H4'

i have storage on 16'' X 4' on back

the "room" is 6.5' X 4'


wall

is made with tubing 3/4

ext is metal sheet white
tubing 3/4 with foam
int. is plywood 1/4 ...


the frame is made tubing 2'' X 2'' and L 2'' - 1/8 wall

floor is plywood 3/4

at this moment i thinking electrical ???!!!

i'm open for idea !!

How is the weight so far with the steel tubing? I am tempted to do this myself for another off-road trailer.

Nice welding job! That's the way to do an off-road trailer to never come apart while rock crawling or driving on washboard roads! :yes:

BTW, interior paneling screws will unscrew themselves on really bad washboard roads. Rivets can't.

Very nice! My next build just might be all steel. I really like welding. It's less frustrating that wood work. IMO...
