Finally figured out sketchup enough to work on an offroad trailer design w/ inside seating. This is for quick 2-4 day trips into the more remote areas of Utah.

Tires are 35" x 12.5" - same as my jeep.
bed is 60" x 80", and built over the top of the wheel wells.
body is 5' x 8'
the foot of the bed can be lifted up for access to a foot well, allowing comfortable seating. Add a drop down table and some kind of seatback, and it should be a comfortable place to avoid poor/cold weather.

these initial sketches are mostly about validating that the footwell doesn't hang down too low, and if the overall height is reasonable (80")

I like the profile of your design.
Do you have a view of the exterior showing the door?
Are you going to have a galley?

I've not done the doors yet- i'm looking to see if it's easier/faster to buy doors instead of making them.

I'm planning on a simple galley in the back- because of the trailer height the main work surface will be on the trailer deck.

Door source?

Anyone know where to source doors like the ones these trailers?
