I think I may go this way. Kind of going off of stomperxj plans with my own twist. Basically I will just use a pop up tent secured to the lid of the trailer so all I will have to do is flip the lid open attach the tent poles and bingo 
trailer will be 45 wide X 60 long not sure how high the deck is on a normal 40x49 HF trailer so the height is TBD.
When set up the part above the cargo area will be split in half so we can access the stuff below and also raise one side and have a make shift table
The black boxes on the side and back will be cargo doors so I can access stuff with the top closed.
