Thansk for your offer!

I try first to replace it with new different type bearing. I am not sure if the "main" bearing is after all good - but there is no another bearing behinf that
or it is damaged - I am just " a bit hurry"...

Hi
I took a bit longer to solve this bearing problem.
Now there is lathed socket on axle and standart bearing fits to that socket.
Have to bye loctite bearing glue to lock that socket to axle, because axel is a bit wear and socket migth start to roll around axle.
So when loctite is cured I am ready to lift the whale on trailer - one or two days.

Looks amazing.

One thing I will be curious about, and keep in mind that I know NOTHING about boats, let alone building them, is how low in the water it will sink both with and without a couple of people in it.

My mind gravitates toward thinking that it seems like it would be heavier than a boat with the same footprint and would then sink deeper in the water?

Like I said, I know nothing about boats so I'm assuming nothing. Just asking.

Hope you can take some pics of it in the water. Would be great to see.

Maiden voyage Will be friday 22.6. We will start thursday our summer holiday trip ( one week or so ) So I will post photos after that. I don´t have acces to web during trip,
so If we havn´t drouned I will tell...

I sit on trailer and imagine how it will be on water - for sure it´s dam short. I think It will be ok with one person, but with two inboars we migth have to take our places to
balance it rigth. But its not heavy - I made it from 6mm ply and roof from 4mm.

We will see - happy summer and happy trips to all!
