Your door is ajar...

Did you just design your very own teardrop or tiny trailer? Want to discuss it? Here's the place to post your design for discussion!

Your door is ajar...

Or maybe it is a wall. I am working on a new sketch right now it is 9' long X 5' high X 5' wide. Almost one entire wall will lift up in liew of a door which will not only create a super easy entry, but it will also give you a large awning and a semi-sheltered eating area for when you want to sit at a regular table but still want to enjoy the scenery.
This will be a pretty easy design as it will have no curves at all and only a half hatch. The bottom 2' of the galley will fold up to create a work area. The dinette will seat 4 and will convert to a queen sized bed. I will post my drawing later, but what do you think so far?

Hey Shrug,
Sounds like you like to tease a bit, before showing us your design, eh?
My design keeps changing. It started out as a behemouth. (My daughter thought it was going to be a bus)
As late as yesterday, it was a variation of the Cub/Modernistic.
Today it sort of looks like a cross between a Benroy and a Cub.
Who knows what it will finally look like, or resemble?

Actually I do a lot of designs. Keeps me busy while I wait for employers to call me back. Have you checked out my website to see all of my designs so far? The drawing of the latest one is almost done, either this evening or tomorow sometime.

Yes Sir EEE!
I think that since you beat Andrew's 2+2 with your B-17.... You should build it!
BTW I voted for you which let me see the voting and you were one vote behind at the time.

Cool design Shrug! Just make sure that wall gets secure real well, or you might have a one-winged bird trying to fly in circles behind your car!
It worked until I fixed it!!!

Yeah, it will have a couple of draw latches (probably 4) in various places around the wall to hold it secure while driving.
