Greg,

The area pushed out over the tongue, is that for anything particular like a propane tank, tools, or just extra storage space?

Half of it is for access from the sleeping compartment, the other half will be sealed off and I'll store my propane bottle there.

Unfortunately, I've had no time to work on it. I've still got jist a bare, nekkid, frame, uhh, for my trailer that is.
