I know I have an unfair advantage. I just could not stand to have someone beat me to an event 4 blocks from my house. The Campground looks good. See you all soon.

That does look nice. The campground and the Tear.
I can't leave till Wed p.m. :(

Was there anything sent that I need to bring for check-in because? I don't remember receiving anything showing proof of reserving a site.

Nothing to bring but yourself and your tear. Try to remember your TD registration # that will help. We can get it for you if you forget it.
See you all in just a few days.

Do we pick a spot when we get there or are they "assigned"?

Me and Karol are like # 48 and #46 and reserved in the main campground.

If you arrive on Thursday go to room 119 just north of the campground (on Colorado Ave) to get your packet. Then you will be directed to the motel/camp office to pay for your site. Then proceed to the campground. This will help in that you will have your badge and all that so that the Village office knows that you are with the teardrop gathering.
That said if you are showing up early just go directly to the camp office.
Hope that helps,

Yea!!! I'm so ready to go. Leaving Tuesday morning...Woo-Hoo!! Should be there sometime Tuesday early afternoon (I know...not a very long drive), but since I could get the time off of work, I decided, "Why Not?". So...see you all there!

Saw several TDs enroute to somewhere. Must have been Minden????We were I 29 to I 90 to Priest River Idaho for my 40 yr HS reunion. Must have been some of you lucky ones on Wed and Thur. We just got back on the 30th after the southward trip thru Glacier, Yellowstone, Tetons, Flaming Gorge and Rocky Mountains. Hope some of you saw us with the Route 66 TD.
