Hi Sibley

Postby len19070 » Tue Feb 15, 2005 7:03 pm

Hi Sibley wrote many of the early Teardrop designs. I say wrote because I don't know if he was a writer or a designer. This guy was around for years publishing "How-To" articles from Tears to boats to bird houses. In all the major (and minor) How-to magazines. Popular science, mechanics, MechaniX, Mechanics illustrated and on & on. About every year about this time (cabin fever) I try to find out some info on the guy, but all I come up with is/are his published stuff. Which I have a lot of. Was this guy a designer or just a good writer? A lot of his articles focus on wood projects. Anybody have any info on Sibley Himself?

Happy Trails

Len

Check with Don Ferdinand. If no other way you can find him through
http://www.rvi.net/~djfiron1/ his web page. I believe he has more Hi Sibley info than Hi's family.
