Help please. I am in need of one of those spring steel push buttons that goes inside the legs of an easy up type screen shelter. Have tried in vain to find one on line at sporting stores etc. If anyone has a dead or ready to throw it out shelter please pull a couple of those darn things out and let me know what you want for them.

Hey Alan,

Try a medical supply store. I work for a nursing home, walkers, and several pieces of medical equipment use those push button spring catches for ajustability. Several types are used in different equipment,so you may just find what you need.Contact the factory that made your shade, because the one I have has a parts list.Good Luck

:o $2.00 for the part is okay, but $9.96 for shipping is unreal.

Try pool supply places Alan. I have seen them there from pool brushes, maybe they have what you need or can adapt

Sometimes, when I call about tiny parts, they just put them in an envelope and send for free.... worth a try.....
