Market ? Basic/Unfinished tear

If there are any Wanabees out there interested in a built up unfinished basic tear I would be interested in building for a very minimal cost over materials. I have all the time in the world on my hands and can only build so many for myself. If you would be interested in the basic construction and want to finish yourself that is what I would prefer to do. For those who don.t have the tools, skills or inclination to start from scratch. There is a HF dealer in town and a HF distribution center about an hour away so you could get chassis easily here.
