Harbor Frieght -Chicago Inverter?

Postby Loader » Sun Apr 23, 2006 9:02 am

Has anyone purchased an inverter from Harbor Freight? I see some good prices on the Chicago brand, however, I was curious as to the durability of the unit.

Thanks

I bought a reconditioned inverter at Frys. I haven't used it yet so I don't know how well it will work. Hope I don't need it much. We plan to camp most of the time where we have electricity except at Texas Motor Speedway.

Bought a 1200W unit from Pep Boys. It still isn't enough to run my microwave. I think it is a Vector brand.
